Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and salt in a bowl.
3. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
