Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Brown the Beef
- In the same skillet with a little bacon grease, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
- Reduce heat to low and add butter, heavy cream, and milk. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Combine Everything
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in crispy bacon and cherry tomatoes (if using).

Serve & Garnish
- Top with extra cheese, chopped green onions, or parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
