Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta

    • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Bacon

    • In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Brown the Beef

    • In the same skillet with a little bacon grease, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
    • Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce

    • Reduce heat to low and add butter, heavy cream, and milk. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    • Gradually add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine Everything

    • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
    • Stir in crispy bacon and cherry tomatoes (if using).
  6. Serve & Garnish

    • Top with extra cheese, chopped green onions, or parsley.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
