Frozen Banana & Yogurt Bites


Ingredients:


1 ripe banana


½ cup plain Greek yogurt


½ teaspoon vanilla extract



Instructions:


1. Mash the banana until smooth.



2. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.



3. Spoon small dollops onto a parchment-lined tray or into silicone molds.



4. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
