Ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
24 slices of pepperoni
8 small mozzarella cubes (or shredded mozzarella)
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
---
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Dough
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4–5 inches in diameter.
3. Assemble the Pizza Bombs
Place 3 slices of pepperoni in the center of each flattened biscuit. Add a mozzarella cube (or a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella) on top of the pepperoni.
4. Seal the Bombs
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Roll the sealed dough into a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Brush and Season
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the top of each pizza bomb.
6. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve
Let the pizza bombs cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
Enjoy your warm, cheesy, and flavorful pizza bombs!
