2-Ingredient Flatbread (No Yeast, No Baking Powder!)


Ingredients:


1 cup flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)


½ cup Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)



Instructions:


1. Mix & Knead – In a bowl, combine flour and yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.



2. Divide & Roll – Divide into 4-6 pieces and roll each into a thin circle.



3. Cook – Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and slightly puffed.
