Sugar-Free 4-Ingredient Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) box sugar-free lemon cake mix (like Swerve or King Arthur)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (21 oz) can sugar-free lemon pie filling (or homemade)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Layer the ingredients:
Spread the lemon pie filling evenly at the bottom of the dish.
Drop small chunks of cream cheese on top.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top (do not mix).
Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
4. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
