Ingredients:

1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
2 tbsp milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
1 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (like erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
Instructions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug, melt the butter.
2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Stir in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds (depending on your microwave power).
5. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy!
