Air Fryer Hunter’s Chicken (Sugar-Free)
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4 slices streaky bacon
½ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends underneath.
4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).
5. Brush with BBQ sauce, sprinkle cheese on top, and air fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
6. Serve hot with mashed cauliflower, green beans, or a side salad!
