Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional for heat)
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
3. Toss with oil and seasonings in a bowl until evenly coated.
4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Serve warm with dipping sauces like sugar-free ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.
For extra crispiness, soak the slices in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry before seasoning.
