Baked Chicken Thighs

 











Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs (Sugar-Free)


Ingredients:


6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs


2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)


1 ½ tsp salt


1 tsp black pepper


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp onion powder


1 tsp smoked paprika


½ tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)


½ tsp cayenne (optional for heat)



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.



2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels—this helps the skin get crispy.



3. Rub with olive oil or butter, coating each piece evenly.



4. Mix the seasonings in a small bowl, then rub them all over the chicken.



5. Arrange the thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.



6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.



7. Optional: Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.



8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.




Serving Ideas: Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed cauliflower, or a fresh salad!
