Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash potatoes and cut them into wedges (about 8 per potato).
3. Seasoning Mix: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
4. Coat Wedges: Toss potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place wedges skin-side down in a single layer.
6. Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the hot wedges and let them sit for a minute to melt slightly.
8. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dip!
