Broccoli Cheese Salad

 









Broccoli Cheese Salad (Sugar-Free & Delicious!)


Ingredients


4 cups fresh broccoli florets (bite-sized)


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or diced cheese cubes)


½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon


¼ cup red onion, finely chopped


¼ cup sunflower seeds (or chopped nuts for crunch)



Dressing:


½ cup mayonnaise (sugar-free)


2 tbsp sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)


1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


1 tbsp Dijon mustard


½ tsp garlic powder


Salt & pepper to taste



Instructions


1. Prep the Ingredients


Wash and chop the broccoli into small bite-sized florets.


Dice the red onion and shred or cube the cheese.




2. Make the Dressing


In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.




3. Combine Everything


In a large mixing bowl, toss together the broccoli, cheese, bacon, red onion, and sunflower seeds.


Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.




4. Chill & Serve


Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.


Serve cold and enjoy!
