2-Minute Sugar-Free Chocolate Mug Cake
(Moist, rich, and ready in no time!)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour, but use 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
1 egg
1 tbsp heavy cream (or unsweetened almond milk)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a microwave-safe mug, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
2. Add Wet Ingredients – Stir in the melted butter, egg, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Optional – Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips for extra richness.
4. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (check at 60 seconds; if the center is wet, microwave in 10-second intervals until done).
5. Cool & Enjoy – Let sit for a minute before eating. You can top it with whipped cream, berries, or sugar-free chocolate syrup.
Would you like a vanilla or peanut butter version too?
