Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage (Air Fryer or Oven)
Ingredients:
1 lb baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (sugar-free)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions (Air Fryer):
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Toss potatoes, sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
4. Sprinkle cheese over the top and air fry for 2-3 more minutes until melted.
5. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve!
Oven Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss everything in a bowl, then spread on a lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until potatoes are crispy.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes until melted.
