Coconut and Sweetened Milk Dessert in 15 Minutes

 









Ingredients:


2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)


1 cup sweetened condensed milk


½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


¼ tsp salt


½ cup chopped nuts (optional, like almonds or pistachios)


Melted dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)



Instructions:


1. Mix: In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.



2. Shape: Use your hands to roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls or press it into a greased dish for bars.



3. Chill: Place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to firm up.



4. (Optional) Drizzle with Chocolate: If using, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and let it set.



5. Serve & Enjoy!
