Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs – The Perfect Party Appetizer

 









Ingredients:


1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (or keto fathead dough for low-carb)


4 oz cream cheese, softened


1 cup fresh spinach, chopped


½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated


1 egg, beaten


1 clove garlic, minced


½ tsp onion powder


½ tsp salt


¼ tsp black pepper


1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling:


Sauté spinach with garlic for 1-2 minutes until wilted.


Mix with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Cut the dough:


Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.


If using keto fathead dough, roll it out thin before cutting.

4️⃣ Fill & Fold:


Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each square.


Fold into a triangle or pinch the edges to form a small pouch.


Brush with beaten egg.

5️⃣ Bake:


Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.


Brush with melted butter when hot for extra flakiness!

6️⃣ Serve Warm:


Perfect with a side of sour cream dip or garlic butter drizzle!
