Here’s an easy No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream recipe—no ice cream maker needed!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Whip the Cream – In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in Condensed Milk – Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Freeze – Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill – Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
