Easy Ice Cream Recipe

 









Here’s an easy No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream recipe—no ice cream maker needed!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream – In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in Condensed Milk – Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Freeze – Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Chill – Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve & Enjoy! – Scoop and enjoy your homemade ice cream!

Want to try a different flavor? You can mix in cocoa powder for chocolate, blend in fruit puree, or add crushed cookies or chocolate chips! Let me know if you want a variation.
