Flourless Soft Cake Recipe


Ingredients:


3 large eggs


½ cup almond flour (or coconut flour for a nut-free version)


¼ cup butter (or coconut oil), melted


¼ cup powdered sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or allulose)


1 tsp vanilla extract


½ tsp baking powder


¼ cup unsweetened milk (almond, coconut, or dairy)


A pinch of salt



Instructions:


1. Preheat & Prepare:


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).


Line a small cake pan with parchment paper or grease it.




2. Mix Wet Ingredients:


In a bowl, whisk eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until light and fluffy.


Add melted butter and milk, stirring until smooth.




3. Add Dry Ingredients:


Sift in almond flour, baking powder, and salt.


Gently fold until the batter is smooth and lump-free.




4. Bake:


Pour batter into the prepared cake pan.


Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.




5. Cool & Serve:


Let the cake cool before slicing. Enjoy as-is or top with whipped cream, berries, or melted dark chocolate.
