Garlic Butter Baked Salmon

 












1. Garlic Butter Baked Salmon


Ingredients:


1 lb salmon fillet


2 tbsp butter, melted


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tsp paprika


½ tsp salt


¼ tsp black pepper


1 tbsp chopped parsley



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).



2. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.



3. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salmon.



4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until flaky.



5. Garnish with parsley and serve.

2. Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites


Ingredients:


1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp smoked paprika


½ tsp garlic powder


½ tsp onion powder


½ tsp salt


¼ tsp black pepper


Lemon wedges (for serving)



Instructions:


1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).



2. Toss salmon cubes with olive oil and spices.



3. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.



4. Serve with lemon wedges.

3. Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon (Sugar-Free Option)


Ingredients:


1 lb salmon fillet


2 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute


1 tbsp sriracha


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 tsp garlic powder


½ tsp ginger powder



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).



2. Mix honey substitute, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.



3. Brush glaze over salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes.



4. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization.
