Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup almond flour (or regular flour)
3 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp sugar-free honey (or regular honey)
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
3. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in honey (or sugar-free substitute), soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Return the chicken to the pan, spoon the sauce over it, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully coated and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Serve warm with your favorite sides like roasted veggies or a fresh salad.
