Ingredients
1 lb steak, cut into 1-inch cubes (ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
1½ cups baby potatoes, halved (or swap with cauliflower for lower carbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil.
2. Season Everything:
In a bowl, toss steak cubes and potatoes (or cauliflower) with olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble Packets:
Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
Fold and seal the edges to make a packet.
4. Cook:
Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes until steak is cooked to your liking and potatoes are tender.
Grill: Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Finish & Serve:
Carefully open the packets (watch for steam).
Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and garnish with fresh parsley.
