GINGER WATER

 









Ginger Water Recipe (Simple & Refreshing)


Ingredients:


4 cups (1 liter) water


2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced


Juice of ½ lemon (optional)


Sweetener of choice (optional, like monk fruit or stevia)



Instructions:


1. Boil the Water:


In a pot, bring the water to a boil.




2. Add the Ginger:


Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water.


Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).




3. Strain & Serve:


Remove from heat and strain out the ginger slices.


Add lemon juice and sweetener if desired.




4. Enjoy:


Drink warm, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing drink.
