Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1½ cups elbow macaroni (or low-carb alternative)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
½ cup bell pepper, diced (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
4. Bring to a simmer, then add uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
5. (Optional) Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
