HOMEMADE CREPES

 









Ingredients (Makes about 10 crepes)


🥚 2 large eggs


🥛 1 cup milk (or almond milk for sugar-free)


💦 ½ cup water


🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for keto)


🧂 ¼ tsp salt


🧈 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)


🍯 1 tbsp sweetener (optional, for sweet crepes)

Instructions


1️⃣ Blend all ingredients in a blender or whisk until smooth. Let batter rest for 15–30 minutes.

2️⃣ Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

3️⃣ Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan, swirling to spread thinly.

4️⃣ Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook another 30 seconds.

5️⃣ Repeat with remaining batter.
