Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip (Copycat Recipe)


Ingredients:


8 oz cream cheese, softened


½ cup mayonnaise


½ cup sour cream


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)


1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)


½ tsp garlic powder


½ tsp onion powder


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


2 tbsp chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)


1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


½ tsp hot sauce (optional, for a little kick)



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).



2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.



3. Stir in cheeses, crab meat, seasonings, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and green onions. Mix well.



4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.



5. Garnish with extra green onions and parsley.



6. Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips!
