Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise (or 4 small)
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth (or white wine for extra flavor)
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season & Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth and let it reduce slightly (1-2 minutes).
Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
3. Simmer & Serve:
Return the chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
