Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Prepare the Mixture – In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Coat the Chicken – Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
4. Bake – Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
5. Broil for Crispiness – For a golden top, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
6. Serve – Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Pairs well with roasted veggies or mashed cauliflower.
