Vegetables:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Protein: Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Add minced garlic and sliced onions, stir-frying until fragrant. Then, add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy your homemade chow mein!
