Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sweetener (or sugar substitute)
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions
1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.
2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until just combined—do not overmix! A few lumps are fine.
3. Heat the Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
4. Cook Pancakes: Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the hot pan. Cook until bubbles form and the edges look set (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook another minute until golden brown.
5. Serve Warm: Enjoy with butter, sugar-free syrup, fresh berries, or your favorite toppings!
