Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil in a bowl.
3. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread out on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
