5-Minute Apple Pie Dessert
Ingredients
3 apples (any variety)
2 eggs
½ cup (120ml) milk
½ cup (60g) flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
¼ cup (50g) sweetener of choice (sugar-free if preferred)
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Butter for greasing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with butter.
2. Peel and slice apples thinly, then arrange them in the dish.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
4. Sift in flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour the batter over the apples, ensuring they are well coated.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm—enjoy with a dusting of cinnamon or a scoop of sugar-free vanilla ice cream!
