Savory Chicken Wraps with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Wraps:
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced (or shredded)
4 large tortillas (low-carb or whole wheat if preferred)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir in fresh parsley or cilantro. Refrigerate while preparing the wraps.
2. Prepare the Chicken
If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, warm it slightly. If cooking fresh, season with salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika before pan-searing.
3. Assemble the Wraps
Lay out tortillas and spread a generous layer of the garlic cream sauce.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, and chicken.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
4. Wrap and Serve
Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve with extra garlic cream sauce on the side.
