Slow Cooker Drumsticks (Sugar-Free & Flavorful)
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried oregano or thyme
½ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Season the Drumsticks – In a large bowl, coat the drumsticks with olive oil and toss with all the seasonings.
2. Slow Cook – Place them in the slow cooker and cook on:
LOW for 6-7 hours OR
HIGH for 3-4 hours until tender.
3. (Optional) Add BBQ Sauce – In the last 30 minutes, brush with sugar-free BBQ sauce if using.
4. Crispy Finish (Optional) – For crispy skin, transfer the drumsticks to a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes.
5. Serve & Enjoy! – Great with roasted veggies, mashed cauliflower, or a fresh salad.
