🥩 Stuffed Beef Roll (Meat Roulade) 🧀
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (or thinly sliced flank steak)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup spinach, chopped
½ cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten (helps bind the filling)
2 tbsp butter (for basting)
¼ cup BBQ sauce or balsamic glaze (optional, for coating)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Prepare the meat base:
If using ground beef, mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
Flatten into a large rectangle on parchment paper.
If using flank steak, pound it thin and season well.
3️⃣ Make the filling:
Mix spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, bacon/ham, and beaten eggs in a bowl.
4️⃣ Roll it up:
Spread the filling evenly over the meat.
Carefully roll it into a log, using the parchment paper to help.
Tie with kitchen twine or use toothpicks to secure.
5️⃣ Bake & glaze:
Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
In the last 10 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce or balsamic glaze.
6️⃣ Rest & slice:
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve!
