Sugar-Free Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/3 cup powdered sugar substitute (like allulose, monk fruit, or erythritol)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the heavy cream and butter. Stir until the butter melts completely.

2. Add the powdered sugar substitute and whisk until fully dissolved.

3. Let the mixture simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for about 30–40 minutes, or until it reduces by half and thickens.

4. Remove from heat and let it cool. It will thicken more as it cools.

5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Let me know if you want a dairy-free or alternative version!
