Baked Beef & Cheese Manicotti

1 box manicotti pasta 🍝


1 lb ground beef πŸ₯©


1 small onion, diced πŸ§…


2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„


1 cup ricotta cheese πŸ₯›


1 cup shredded mozzarella πŸ§€


½ cup grated Parmesan πŸ§€


1 egg πŸ₯š


2 cups marinara sauce πŸ…


1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿


Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚


Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿



Instructions πŸ‘©‍🍳


1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil manicotti until al dente, drain, and let cool. 🍝❄️

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling: Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Mix in ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. πŸ³πŸ§€

3️⃣ Stuff the Pasta: Fill each manicotti shell with the beef-cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag. πŸ€²πŸ›️
