1 lb ground beef π₯©
1 small onion, diced π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 cup ricotta cheese π₯
1 cup shredded mozzarella π§
½ cup grated Parmesan π§
1 egg π₯
2 cups marinara sauce π
1 tsp Italian seasoning πΏ

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil manicotti until al dente, drain, and let cool. π❄️
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling: Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Mix in ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. π³π§
3️⃣ Stuff the Pasta: Fill each manicotti shell with the beef-cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag. π€²π️
4️⃣ Assemble: Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish. Place stuffed manicotti on top. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella. π π§
5️⃣ Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly. π₯⏳
