Baked Custard Pudding

 











Ingredients:


🥛 2 cups milk (warm)


🥚 3 eggs


🍯 1/3 cup honey (or preferred sweetener)


🧂 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


🌿 A pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)



Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs + honey + vanilla until smooth.

3️⃣ Slowly add warm milk while stirring.

4️⃣ Pour into a baking dish or ramekins.

5️⃣ Place the dish in a larger pan filled with hot water (for a water bath).

6️⃣ Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife comes out clean.

7️⃣ Let cool & sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
