Bay Leaf Tea for Wellness

 









Ingredients:


4️⃣ fresh or dried bay leaves


2️⃣ cups water 💧


1️⃣ tsp honey (optional) 🍯


1️⃣ cinnamon stick (optional) 🌰



Instructions:

1️⃣ Boil the water in a pot. ♨️

2️⃣ Add the bay leaves (and cinnamon, if using). 🌿

3️⃣ Simmer for 5-10 minutes. ⏳

4️⃣ Strain into a cup and add honey if desired. 🍯

5️⃣ Enjoy warm! 😌☕
