Ingredients
1 lb ground beef π
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced π₯
1 small onion, diced π§
1 cup frozen corn π½
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese π§
1 cup beef broth π₯£
½ cup heavy cream π₯
1 tsp garlic powder π§
1 tsp paprika πΆ️
Salt & pepper to taste π§

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). π₯
2️⃣ Cook ground beef with diced onion in a pan until browned. Drain excess grease. π³
3️⃣ Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add frozen corn and mix. π½
4️⃣ Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. π₯
5️⃣ Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the potatoes. π
6️⃣ Pour beef broth and heavy cream over the layers for moisture. π₯
7️⃣ Top with the remaining potatoes and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything. π§
8️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. ⏳
