cheesy beef and potato casserole

 








Ingredients


1 lb ground beef πŸ–


4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced πŸ₯”


1 small onion, diced πŸ§…


1 cup frozen corn 🌽


1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese πŸ§€


1 cup beef broth πŸ₯£


½ cup heavy cream πŸ₯›


1 tsp garlic powder πŸ§„

Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚


Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿



Instructions


1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). πŸ”₯

2️⃣ Cook ground beef with diced onion in a pan until browned. Drain excess grease. 🍳

3️⃣ Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add frozen corn and mix. 🌽

4️⃣ Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. πŸ₯”

5️⃣ Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the potatoes. πŸ–
