2 cups mashed potatoes 🥔

1 egg 🥚
1/4 cup almond flour (or regular flour) 🌾
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
2 tbsp butter or olive oil for frying 🧈
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, egg, and flour. Season with salt & pepper. 🥣
2️⃣ Shape the mixture into small patties. 🏵️
3️⃣ Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. 🍳
