Fluffy Cream Puffs

 










Ingredients


For the choux pastry:


1 cup water 💧


1/2 cup butter 🧈


1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾


4 large eggs 🥚



For the filling:


1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 🥛


2 tbsp powdered sweetener (or sugar) 🍚


1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿



Instructions


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) 🔥. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 📜

2️⃣ Heat water and butter in a saucepan until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour until it forms a ball. 🔄

3️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, until smooth and glossy. 💛

4️⃣ Scoop or pipe small mounds onto the baking sheet. 🏔️

5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool. ❄️

6️⃣ Whip the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. 🍦

7️⃣ Slice puffs in half and fill with whipped cream. 🥄

8️⃣ Dust with extra powdered sweetener if desired. 🌨️
