Garlic Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

 









Ingredients 🛒


1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 🥩


1 onion, sliced 🧅


1 red bell pepper, chopped 🌶️


1 green bell pepper, chopped 🫑


3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄


2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢


1 tbsp oyster sauce 🦪


1 tsp sesame oil 🌿


1 tsp ginger, grated 🫚


1 tbsp sesame seeds ⚪


1 tbsp olive oil 🫒


½ tsp black pepper 🖤


½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️



Instructions 🍳


1️⃣ Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and ginger. Let it sit for 15 minutes. 🕒


2️⃣ Heat the pan: In a wok or large pan, heat olive oil over high heat. 🔥


3️⃣ Sauté garlic: Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 🧄👃


4️⃣ Cook the beef: Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. 🥩🔥


5️⃣ Stir-fry veggies: In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 🫑🧅🌶️


6️⃣ Combine: Return the beef to the pan, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Toss everything together. 🥢⚪


7️⃣ Serve: Plate and enjoy with rice or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option! 🍚✨
