Base:

Chocolate Layer:
2 cups heavy cream π₯
1 cup unsweetened almond milk π₯
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips π«
¼ cup cocoa powder π«
2 tbsp powdered sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol) π―
2 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar) π₯

Topping:

Instructions
1️⃣ Arrange the ladyfingers or biscuits in a pan. Drizzle with almond milk to soften. πͺπ₯
2️⃣ In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, almond milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir until smooth. π«π₯
3️⃣ Melt in the chocolate chips and add vanilla extract. Mix well. πΏπ«
4️⃣ Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp of water, let it bloom for 5 minutes, then stir into the hot mixture. π₯
5️⃣ Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. ❄️⏳
