Rice Water Face Pack for Glowing Skin

 









Ingredients:


🍚 2 tbsp rice (any type)

💧 1 cup water

🍯 1 tsp honey (optional, for hydration)

🥄 1 tbsp gram flour (optional, for exfoliation)


Instructions:


1️⃣ Rinse & Soak: Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

2️⃣ Strain & Use: Strain the rice water into a bowl. (You can also ferment it for extra benefits by leaving it overnight!)

3️⃣ Mix: Add honey or gram flour if desired to make a smooth paste.

4️⃣ Apply: Use a brush or fingers to apply the pack evenly on your face. 🖌️

5️⃣ Relax: Let it dry for 15–20 minutes. 🕒

6️⃣ Rinse: Wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry. 🚿
