Ingredients:
For the patties:
1 lb ground beef 🥩
1/4 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs) 🌰
1 egg 🥚
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp onion powder 🧅
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 🍶
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
For the gravy:
1 cup mushrooms, sliced 🍄
1/2 onion, sliced 🧅
2 cups beef broth 🥣
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🍶
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening) 🌽

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Form into oval patties. 🥩👩🍳
2️⃣ Cook the patties: Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. 🔥🍳
3️⃣ Make the gravy: In the same pan, add butter, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until soft. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. 🍄🧅🥄
