Ingredients

Instructions
1. Peel & boil potatoes ๐ฅ➡️๐ฅ until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
2. Drain and mash them with butter, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
3. Add cheese and mix until melty and combined ๐ง❤️.
4. Optional: Beat in eggs for a fluffier, souffle-like texture ๐ฅ✨.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish ๐งด + ๐ฅ.
6. Top with extra cheese if desired ๐ง.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden on top ๐ฅ.
