Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage 🥬
1 lb ground beef 🐄
1/2 lb ground pork 🐖
1 cup cooked rice 🍚
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 egg 🥚
Salt & pepper 🧂
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce 🍅
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅
1 tbsp sugar (optional) 🍬
Instructions:
1. Boil cabbage leaves for 3–5 mins until soft. Drain and set aside. ♨️
2. In a bowl, mix beef, pork, rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt & pepper. 🥄
3. Place meat mixture in center of each leaf, roll tightly like a burrito. 🌯
4. Layer rolls in a baking dish.
5. Mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and sugar, then pour over rolls. 🍅
6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour. ⏱️

Keto Cabbage Rolls 🥬🧀🥩 (No Rice!)
Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage 🥬

1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional) 🥦
1/2 cup shredded cheese 🧀
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 egg 🥚
1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce 🍅
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning 🌿
Instructions:
1. Soften cabbage leaves in boiling water. ♨️
2. Mix beef, cauliflower, cheese, onion, garlic, egg, and seasoning. 🥄
3. Roll filling into cabbage leaves and place in a baking dish. 🌯
4. Pour marinara sauce over the top. 🍅
5. Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40–50 minutes. ⏲️
