Ingredients:
2 tbsp flaxseeds 🥄
1 cup water 💧
Optional: 1 tsp aloe vera gel 🌱 or a few drops of essential oil 🌸
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil water in a saucepan and add flaxseeds. 🔥
2️⃣ Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🥄
3️⃣ Once it turns into a gel-like consistency, remove from heat. ⏳
4️⃣ Strain using a fine mesh or cheesecloth while it's still warm. 🏺
5️⃣ Let it cool, then mix in aloe vera or essential oil if desired. ❄️
How to Use:
