Garlic & Black Pepper Healing Tonic

 







Ingredients:


4 cloves of garlic, crushed 🧄


1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper ⚫


1 tbsp olive oil 🫒


1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋 (optional for taste)



Instructions:


1. Mix crushed garlic and black pepper in olive oil.



2. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to infuse.



3. Take 1 tsp daily on an empty stomach, or mix it with warm water or food.
