Instructions
1. Peel & boil potatoes 🥔➡️🔥 until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
2. Drain and mash them with butter, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
3. Add cheese and mix until melty and combined 🧀❤️.
4. Optional: Beat in eggs for a fluffier, souffle-like texture 🥚✨.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish 🧴 + 🥘.
6. Top with extra cheese if desired 🧀.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden on top 🔥.
